Pricing questions

How fast can I start?

Straight away. Pay, and your plan is on in seconds for card payments. Set up your camera page in a few minutes, share the link or QR code, and guests can start shooting.

How can I pay?

Outside Nepal you pay in US dollars by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by our reseller Paddle, which also handles any sales tax or VAT. In Nepal you pay in rupees by eSewa, Khalti, bank QR or bank transfer.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, on Pro and Organisation: a full refund within 14 days of paying, as long as the plan has barely been used. Event passes are not refundable, because the event may already have happened. The refund policy has the details.

What is the difference between an Event pass and Pro?

An Event pass covers one event for a short time: buy it before the date and you are done. Pro runs for months at a time, for hosts who set up events again and again, with more camera pages and more storage.

How long does the launch price last?

Until the offer ends on the date shown above. Buy before then and the launch price covers the whole plan you buy. After it ends, plans go back to their regular price.

What happens to my photos when a plan ends?

They stay in your account and you can still view and download them. You go back to the free plan’s limits for new pages and photos until you pick a plan again.

Do guests need to pay or sign up?

Never. Guests open your camera page from a link or QR code and take photos straight away. Only the host has an account.

Bigger than a plan?

Running a season of events?

Schools, agencies and organisations can ask us for more pages, more storage or a plan that fits the year.
